Environmental health is the state of our physical environment its impact on our overall wellbeing. This includes the air we breathe the water we drink the food we eat our exposure to environmental hazards. Maintaining a healthy environment involves taking steps to protect it such as reducing waste using eco-friendly products reducing our carbon footprint.
