1. Physical Health

3. Social Health
Social health concerns our interactions relationships with others. It includes our ability to communicate effectively form healthy relationships participate in social activities. Social health also relates to our sense of community feelings of belonging.
What Is Not A Component Of Health?
One common misconception is that spiritual health is a component of overall health but in fact this is not considered one of the three main components.
While spirituality may be an important part of some people’s lives it is not universally applicable to everyone. The definitions of spirituality can vary widely depending on personal beliefs cultural background religious affiliation. As such it is not included as an essential component of health.
